At Guardian Bikes, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
